- Excavation Foreman/Equipment Operator
- Leadership and equipment operation experience required
- Knowledge of site utilities, basement digging, grading projects, and SSTS installation
- Understand plans, specifications, and onsite staking
- Coordinate small to medium size projects from start to finish
- Lead a crew of equipment operators and laborers
- Excavation Equipment Operator
- Operation of heavy machinery (Excavator, Dozer, Skid Loader, etc.)
- Knowledge of site utilities, basement digging, grading projects, and SSTS installation
- Daily maintenance and inspection of equipment
- Operate work equipment including power tools, hand tools, and specialize instruments
- Understand plans, specifications, and onsite staking
- Construction Laborer
- General construction and excavation labor
- Daily equipment maintenance and potential for equipment operation
- Experience with hard labor and long workdays
- Knowledge of the construction practices is preferred
- An evident desire to get the job done and learn while doing so
- Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- Identifies problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems
- Repairs heavy construction equipment
- Schedules and conducts inspections and preventative maintenance
- Experience in operating heavy equipment
- MnDOT inspector certification preferred
- Concrete Laborer/Finisher
- Experience in pouring small to medium residential and commercial flatwork projects
- Experience in setup and finish work: grading, forming, and finishing
- Operate work equipment including power tools, hand tools, and specialize instruments, and heavy equipment
- Ability to read plans and specifications, understand grades
- Knowledge of specialty concrete finishes preferred
- Framing Carpenter
- At least one year of framing experience required
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Willingness to work on an established team
- Operate work equipment including power tools, hand tools, and specialize instruments
- Knowledge of framing residential home construction, remodeling, and light commercial projects
